PetProGo (formerly Doug's Dogs) is not your average pet-care service. Above convenience, it’s relationships. To us, your pet isn’t just a pet, and you’re not just another pet parent. Before we ever take your pet for a walk or look after them while you’re away, we build a relationship with you and your number-one fur friend. Once you and our team feel comfortable with each other,
that’s when we can really start making your life easier.
We pride ourselves on our extensive staff vetting and training, as we only hire the best of the best to care for your pets.
We promise to be Los Angeles's most trusted, reliable, and friendly pet-sitter. It's what you and your best fur friend deserve while you’re at work, on vacation, or in need of extra pet-care assistance.
Meet The PetProGo Team
We're big believers in building relationships with you, which means we'd love for you to learn more about each of us before we get the opportunity to meet you.

Delaney grew up in the wonderful and humble city of Des Moines Iowa. She grew up surrounded by dogs and cats and also worked with children throughout her high school career. She has always been wildly passionate about animals and has always wanted to pursue them as part of her work and everyday life. After graduating high school, the performing arts brought Delaney out west. She studied dance at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts LA where she graduated with a conservatory degree in Dance Theatre. Aside from working for Pet Pro Go, Delaney is now working as a professional dancer and circus performer in Los Angeles and throughout the US. Working for Pet Pro Go has allowed Delaney to pursue her dream of working with animals and providing care for such wonderful beings. She loves nothing more than to be able to spend time with so many amazing fur babies every day!
Gabriella is a fine artist and an animal lover from Chicago, IL. Growing up with two German Shepherds, Gabriella knew they wanted to be a veterinarian or a successful artist, or both! Attending college at SAIC and ISU for fine art was an indicator of their creative strengths, wants, and needs in life. While in Normal, IL., Gabriella adopted a 2-month-old Russian blue kitten, Barnaby. It was then that they understood the compassion and care that went into having a pet of their own. Life was really hard, but it was made easier when Barnaby was there to give his special brand of therapy and unconditional love. When Gabriella finished college, they moved back to Chicago, joined the Chicago Pet Sitters team, and developed the skill of taking care of animals varying in age, health, and behavioral or physical disabilities. It was the best job they’ve ever had and allowed them to pursue their passion for art at the same time. However, they really couldn’t take another Chicago winter, so Gabriella drove across the country and found a home in LA. In February of 2019, they joined the wonderful PetProGo team where they continue to thrive and most importantly grow special bonds with their clients!
Heather grew up with a love for all animals, eyes glued to the Discovery Channel and dreams of growing up to be a veterinarian. They enjoyed the company of rabbits, a wide assortment of aquatic creatures, dogs, newts, frogs - you name it! They had an active role in raising a puppy named Bella, caring for a Shih Tzu named Emily, assisting in caring for a pit bull named Fiona, and currently lives with a rescue named Pip. Working with PetProGo is their first time gaining experience with animals on a professional level and they are loving it! Heather is very active and enjoys spending time outdoors. Dog walking is their happy place. They enjoy vigorous hikes, long walks on the beach, relaxing evenings indoors, and time spent with awesome pups big or small. Whether they are out for a jog with a more active dog or lounging on the couch with an older pal, they couldn’t be happier.
Owner & Founder
Doug first discovered his love of animals while growing up in Hawaii. He helped raise a Black Lab mix named Zeus, a Vizsla named Buddy, and a cat named Koniko. The lights of Broadway beckoned and Doug moved to NYC to pursue a career in theatre, earning a B.F.A. from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. While pounding the pavement and auditioning, Doug turned his love of animals into a survival job as a dog walker (there's nothing quite like walking a Great Dane in the big city). After finally making it to Broadway, and after one especially miserable Manhattan winter, Doug made the move to Los Angeles to soak up the sun and started Doug's Dogs in 2013. As business expanded, Doug’s family of happy clients and pets did, too.
In 2020, PetProGo was born with the mission to bring together pet parents and the very best pet care professionals. In his 20 years of experience in the pet care industry, Doug has worked with some of the top animal behaviorists, trainers, and veterinarians in the business, and is adept at sourcing the most experienced pet pros, who have committed themselves to treating all animals with care and compassion. He has a Brussels Griffon mix named Steven Tyler, Jr. and they both reside in Silverlake, LA!
Word On The Street Is...
“I found Doug through Next-door Silverlake. He is so professional and accommodating. He and his crew came over several times to hang with my slightly crazy 100 lb dog so that my dog would get used to them before the dog sitting even started. I left for about a week and my dog was happier than ever. They sent me pictures of him everyday. I'm very picky about who can walk and house sit my pooch but I completely trust Doug. Also, he's the best with last minutes too and he's quick to respond on text or email. So from this super neurotic dog owner, I say call Doug! He'll calm your nerves so you can actually feel ok about leaving your furry child.”
