At PetProGo, our primary focus is on building real, trustworthy relationships with our clients and their pets. We want to get to know you and want to provide the best, personalized care for your companion. And that’s why we are so proud to offer you your very own client portal.


The client portal makes things more convenient for you by allowing you to schedule services, add important updates about your pet, and make all payments. You can even access our client portal through a mobile app, so you can make changes on the go.


By streamlining the process and making it easier for you to schedule appointments, contact us, and make quick changes to your information, we can put our full attention where it belongs - on your pets.


We understand that a new app or website can be daunting for some, so we’ve put together this handy guide to highlight the main features of our handy dandy portal! We’ll provide you with step by step instructions and showcase how you can get the most out of your portal. We know your time is valuable, and we want you to feel confident using this time saving tool.



Setting Up Your Client Portal


When you book your first consultation with PetProGo, you will be prompted to create an account in our booking software. This way, we have all important information saved and ready to be discussed.


Once set up, your client account (or portal, as we like to call it) can be accessed from a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or phone.



How To Get The App


Here’s a pro tip that we encourage all of our clients to do; after creating your client account, you’ll want to download the client portal app onto your phone.


The app makes it easy to schedule things on the go and make last minute changes if something comes up suddenly. Your garage door code changes, the gardener has scheduled a last minute visit, your pup got into something and has an upset tummy, you’re extending your trip by one day - these are all things that you can easily, and quickly, handle in your client portal.


Go to your phone’s app marketplace (like the Apple App Store or Google Play), and find the Time To Pet app. Download it to your phone, sign in using your account information, and you’re good to go!


Once you have the app, you can access all of the same features as you see on your desktop computer. You have access to scheduling, messaging, and invoices. If we’re pet sitting while you travel, this makes contact between you and our team simple and worry free.



How To Request Services


Need to get walks or pet sitting scheduled? No problem! One of the best parts of the client portal is the ability to schedule services without having to make a phone call.


  1. Go to the client portal from your computer or through your phone app.

  2. Click Schedule, and select “New Service” from the menu.

  3. Choose if you need to schedule one service or if you need more.

  4. Pick the services you need, and select your dates and times.


After you submit your appointment, you will receive a confirmation from the PetProGo Team.


After approval, you’ll be able to see all of your scheduled appointments in one easy-to-access spot!



How To Add and Update Your Pet


When you create your account, you will be asked to create a profile for your pet. This profile will help us provide the best possible care for your pet and ensure they have a positive experience with their Pet Pro.



Don’t be afraid to provide as many details as you can think of! We want to get to know your pet, and it’s important that we know as much as possible in case something comes up.


Be sure to include:


  • Likes and dislikes

  • Medications they are on

  • Any allergies

  • Their daily routine

  • Fears or phobias

  • Anything else you think is important to include


It’s important to know that you can update your pet’s profile at any time. If they get a new allergy diagnosis, go on a new medication, or even if they just have a new favorite toy, add it to their profile! An updated profile helps us take all of your pet’s concerns into account.



How To View Your Invoices


Like keeping all of your accounts in order and easy to access? Our client portal makes keeping track of your payments incredibly easy.


1. Log into your account.

2. Select Invoices from the menu.

3. Select “Open” or “Paid”.


You can view upcoming payments and download, or save, your invoices. At PetProGo, we require autopayments to ensure everything is in order. This gives you (and us) one less thing to have to remember and allows for a trusting and well grounded relationship.



Get Updates and Message Us


The client portal isn’t just for booking walks and invoicing. It also allows our team to provide you with updates about your pet. We can message you with any concerns, and give you updates about how your pet did that day. We can even send you pictures of the fun time they had with their Pet Pro!


The client portal works both ways. We can send you messages, and you can contact us through the portal as well. Have a last minute instruction you need to leave us? You can send your message through the client portal, and we’ll be sure to get it.



The client portal isn’t just about convenience. It’s about improving your PetProGo experience. It provides an easy way to book appointments (without waiting for our office hours), stay in contact, and quickly update your pet’s information (before you forget). Having all of the information we need about your pet at our fingertips means we can provide your pet with the personalized care they deserve.
